This week, was pretty hectic. It all started off with the last day of SPARK, which consisted of waking up at 5 a.m. to be able to leave at 5:45 a.m. However, we didn't wake up until 5:50. Oops. By the way, when Ed (our "leader") was knocking on our door to wake us up, I was having a dream about myself rocking out and dancing to the beat of his knocking. I couldn't help but laugh. (I feel the need to tell you this, because to me it's quite hilarious.) Oh, and if you want to get really technical, we didn't go to sleep until about three a.m., so there was more stuff that happened that day, like: Giving Reptar to Jake, saying our goodbyes, and getting prank called by someone. MMMhm. Anyways, We got back to the church around eight o'clock in the morning, and frankly I'm surprised we all stayed awake for the bishop's sermon. Maybe it was the two hour nap on the way back, or was it those donuts we ate for breakfast? Who knows. After the sermon, we ate lunch and headed to our lovely homes, where most of us spent the day sleeping. Not me, though. I went to Wal-Mart with my bestest buddy and we had a blast. We ate lunch at McDonald's, drew on the window with window markers, and talked about our weekends. All of that, in just one day.
On Monday, well, I actually don't think anything exciting happened. I had school (yippie!), then cheerleading practice. That's about it. It was basically the same routine for the rest of that week, so i'll just skip to Friday.
Friday was, hectic for me. Not much happened except for school and a basketball game, but our competitive cheerleading squad was having it's first performance, and I was super nervous (as I mentioned in a previous post). I spent the day freaking out about that night, worrying what was going to happen. This wasn't like me, and the fact that I wasn't acting like myself freaked me out even more. But, everything went A-OK and we did a great job. A few things missed, but all-in-all it was good. Whew. What a relief, eh?
Saturday. Oh, how I wish I could remember what happened during this day. I'm really terrible at remembering things, so please forgive me. Thank you.
Yup. That was pretty much my week. It's now a Monday, and we don't have school (Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!) OH, that reminds me. On Friday we had an assembly with a lady talking about Dr. King. Well, it somehow related to him, anyways. But, she was sewper kewl, and she told lots of cool stories and she rapped for us. Yeah, you should be jealous of what goes on at my school. Not really, but, yeah.
Later! <3
